EZ.RC // Puresport: Track Night Takeover
Since announcing Puresport as our Official Hydration Partner, their team has been right by our side, keeping our runners fuelled, hydrated, and supported to perform at their best. And on Wednesday night at Leckwith Sports Campus, we saw that partnership come to life in the best way possible.
With tickets selling out in under 24 hours, it was clear the EZ.RC community were ready for one of our biggest events yet and it didn’t disappoint.

The Puresport crew came through strong, making sure no one left empty-handed (or thirsty) with every runner receiving an iconic Salty bottle or an Electrolyte multipack. Think of it as a little parting gift to help power through the next Sunday long run.
I wont lie, when I checked the weather that day and saw a 6pm torrential downpour, I wondered if anyone would turn up. But this community never fails to surprise me.
100 runners showed up, tackled 400m repeats head on, shouted words of encouragement and proved (once again) that running is always better together. Even if at times, it felt like a 400m breaststroke.
(Either that or they really wanted a free bottle?)
Why This One Mattered
For us, Puresport have been the blueprint when it comes to building a true running community. Without their spark and inspiration back in the early days, EZ.RC simply wouldn’t exist in the way it does today. So to now stand shoulder to shoulder with them as official partners?
Still surreal. Still sinking in. A proper full-circle moment that means the world.
The night summed up exactly what we want EZ.RC to be about: community, connection, and movement. Add in some shared suffering, a shit load of encouragement, and a bucketful of electrolytes, and you’ve basically got us in a nutshell.
What’s Next?
The Track Night Takeover is only the start of our journey with Puresport. Expect, more hydration support to keep you running stronger for longer, more collaborations and more exclusive perks for the EZ.RC family. This is just the beginning and it’s only going to get bigger.
Because at the end of the day, that’s what it’s all about.
