3KM Time Trial Track Event
Saturday 30th August | 9:00–11:00AM | Cardiff International Sports Campus
Hosted by EZ.RC and powered by REPOWR, this 3km time trial is designed to be inclusive, low pressure, and all about community. You’ll run in waves based on pace, and we’ll cheer each other on all morning.
Not a race. Not a test. Just a chance to show up, run your own effort, test new Repowr flavours and share the track with your people.
FORMAT
• Timed 3KM effort on the track
• Runners go in waves (Group A, B, C) based on estimated finish time
• No podiums, just effort and energy!
• Choose your group when you book – it’s just a guide!
GROUP BREAKDOWN
Pick whichever feels most like your current pace – no pressure to be exact:
• Group A – Sub-12 min (~4:00/km or faster)
• Group B – 12–15 min (~4:00–5:00/km)
• Group C – 15+ min (5:00/km+)
We’ll send off groups in waves throughout the 9–11am window. Exact group times TBC closer to the day.
